Sold a home in 2017. I rarely write reviews on people or products. I simply don’t use them in the future if I am unhappy. However, I wanted to reach out and tell others how happy I was with the outcome of Nancy Kowalik in marketing and selling my home in Wenonah. Fist off, she doesn’t sugarcoat anything!! She told me the value of my home and stuck to her guns when I thought it was worth more. She told me that she would market my home, and she did!! Including open houses, brochures, cold-calling, and other forms of marketing. She told me to be patient, and I was, and in the end, Nancy sold my home for a higher value than what we both sought. Now I can “shout out”…….” use Nancy to sell your home!!!”….. because I believe you will be happy in the outcome like I was.

My experience with the Nancy Kowalik team has been terrific. I was the executor to an estate that had a lot of hidden value. My broker, Scott Sherer helped me every step of the way with excellent guidance from past sales experience. One other key point is communication. Once 500 Lincoln went up "for sale", things happened very quickly. Both Nancy and Scott made sure I was included in every aspect, and discussion regarding the sale. The sale of a home today is much more complicated than I thought. The last thing you need is somebody coming back to you, after the sale for any reason. This team, in my opinion is heads above the completion. I could not have been happier with the end result selling 500 Lincoln. Thank you to everybody that made a bittersweet project, very enjoyable.
