My broker, Scott Sherer helped me every step of the way with excellent guidance from past sales experience. One other key point is communication. Once 500 Lincoln went up "for sale", things happened very quickly. Both Nancy and Scott made sure I was included in every aspect, and discussion regarding the sale.
