Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Mount Laurel, NJ. A co-worker recommended Nancy to me as Nancy had sold her house on the first open house with multiple bids! After two ineffective agents with no sales insight, I decided to recruit Nancy to sell my condo which had sat for one year.
