She gave me the best advice on staging my home, doing the maintenance that would help the home show better and she advertised it in a way that I believe helped sell the home as quickly as it did. She listed my home and she found a buyer, (you could not ask for better service than that). Once 500 Lincoln went up "for sale", things happened very quickly. Both Nancy and Scott made sure I was included in every aspect, and discussion regarding the sale. The sale of a home today is much more complicated than I thought. The last thing you need is somebody coming back to you, after the sale for any reason.
