It was not an easy market during our search and I feel without having talked to Nancy we would still be looking. My experience with the Nancy Kowalik team has been terrific. I was the executor to an estate that had a lot of hidden value. My broker, Scott Sherer helped me every step of the way with excellent guidance from past sales experience. One other key point is communication. Once 500 Lincoln went up "for sale", things happened very quickly. Both Nancy and Scott made sure I was included in every aspect, and discussion regarding the sale. The sale of a home today is much more complicated than I thought. The last thing you need is somebody coming back to you, after the sale for any reason.
