My broker, Scott Sherer helped me every step of the way with excellent guidance from past sales experience. One other key point is communication. Once 500 Lincoln went up "for sale", things happened very quickly. Both Nancy and Scott made sure I was included in every aspect, and discussion regarding the sale. The sale of a home today is much more complicated than I thought. The last thing you need is somebody coming back to you, after the sale for any reason. This team, in my opinion is heads above the completion. I could not have been happier with the end result selling 500 Lincoln. Thank you to everybody that made a bittersweet project, very enjoyable.
