Sold a home in 2017. I rarely write reviews on people or products. I simply don’t use them in the future if I am unhappy. However, I wanted to reach out and tell others how happy I was with the outcome of Nancy Kowalik in marketing and selling my home in Wenonah. Fist off, she doesn’t sugarcoat anything!! She told me the value of my home and stuck to her guns when I thought it was worth more. She told me that she would market my home, and she did!!
